Order – Recall Judge Scott J. Moynihan – Additional Assignment on Recall – Middlesex Criminal

It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Scott J. Moynihan, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court's Order of January 3, 2023, in addition to the assignments set forth in t_hat Order and in the August 23, 2023 supplemental order, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Middlesex County (Vicinage 8), effective March 25, 2024 and until further order.
