The committee makes recommendations to improve access to all facilities used by the courts and for court programs. The committee recommends methods to implement the ADA and make the ADA an integral part of the administration of the Judiciary.

Recommendations are based on assessments of current employment practices and access to Judiciary services and programs. Attention is given to training, communication, compliance, enforcement, and review procedures relating to the ADA and the needs of the elderly. Suggestions and recommendations from interested individuals, community resource groups, and agencies are encouraged and are considered by the committee.
